How long is the average round?

We do our best to keep a 4 hour pace on all courses except Coronado every day before noon an no more than 4:15 for the day.  Players not maintaining this pace may be required to speed up or move forward and speed up play.  Players stopping for more than four minutes after playing nine holes must obtain permission from the golf shop before continuing play.

Are cameras allowed on the golf course?

Yes, as long as the pace of play is maintained.

What is the dress code?

Collared shirts, Bermuda shorts and slacks are preferred.  Men must wear shirts with sleeves at all times.  Ladies must wear shirts or blouses that cover midriffs.  Cut-offs, athletic shorts, short shorts or swim wear are not permitted.  Tank tops, tee shirts with printing on them and undershirts are not permitted.  Footwear must be an acceptable golf or sneaker style show.  Work boots or cowboy boots are not acceptable.  We are a spikeless facility.

Are personal coolers allowed?

Yes.

Are groups of five (fivesomes) allowed?

Rarely! Five players in a group may be permitted to play at the discretion of the golf shop staff after 2:00pm only when play is sparse or at other times during a day when there is little play anticipated.

How far is Hot Springs Resort and Spa from Hot Springs Village?

Approximately 15 miles south on Highway 7.

Who can schedule tee times?

Non resident members and resident members with guest may schedule tee times up to 90 days in advance of the date of play.  Residents participating in the lottery system may request tee times 12 days in advance.  Residents not participating in the lottery may schedule tee times 5 days in advance.  Guest and CCI reciprocal members may schedule tee times 48 hours in advance.

Property owners may schedule one tee time per day per lot owned

Yes.  All private golf carts/neighborhood electric vehicles must follow Village rules and regulations and must be registered with the Property Owners Association.

Are non players permitted on the course?

Non players under 18 years of age are not permitted on the golf course at any time.  Non players over 18 years of age must pay the appropriate cart rental fee to ride on the course.

Does each course have dining facilities?

Yes.  Each facility has a restaurant, with varying menu items.

Are pull carts allowed?

Yes

Is walking allowed at all courses?

Yes, however, it is discouraged at Isabella and Granada due to the long runs between holes.  If you do decide to walk these courses, pace of play must be maintained.

All cancellations must be made by 12:00pm the day before your scheduled tee time.  If the time was guaranteed and not cancelled, your credit card will be charged with the appropriate fee for that tee time.
